We held our first Assembly of the school year on Friday. We took part in a whole school fundraising day for the charity Aoibheann's Pink Tie. We all dressed in pink and colourful clothes and wore our hair in a funny way. We presented our Principal Prizes, our Handwriting Heroes, our Senior Infant classes treated us to a song - Dr. KNICKER BOCKER. They were amazing. We heard from our new GREEN School Committee, our upcoming student council elections and we were also treated to another song by 4th. They sang beautifully. We gave our teachers a huge clap and thanked them for all their work as it was World Teacher Day on Saturday.
