Third Class have had a busy end of term. This month, the girls won the 'Walk on Wednesday' reward and were given time to play games on the yard such as ring toss, tennis, skipping and dominoes. They also worked hard to get to 10 stars for best line and had a dress-up day and brought in a teddy as a reward. Third class were all fascinated to see the Chicks outside Michelle's office recently and our class named one chick 'Blueberry.' Here are some photographs we took as we prepared for our art exhibition. Third class have also experienced using Ipads during maths stations and for researching topics. We focused on learning about the counties of Ireland and the continent of Australia recently in our groups. We enjoyed learning about Australian animals in particular. We had great fun during Active Week last week, especially learning the 'Waka, waka dance' and had the best fun on our school tour to Fort Lucan on our last week in school!
