In Maths, Third Class have been learning about different types of lines and angles. We created artwork based on this theme. We drew lines of varying thickness with pencils and markers using our rulers and included some 2D shape drawings. We shaded in the spaces between with oil pastels. We were inspired by the work of an artist called Kazimir Malevich who was known for his abstract art pieces. Integrating Maths and Art falls under STEAM - Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Maths education.
