On Friday 27th October we had our second assembly of the year.
Our Principal Prize winners, Handwriting Heros, and Gaeilge Halloween competition winners were announced. See group pics of all winners.
Mr. McDonagh's class and Ms. Kelly's class treated the whole assembled to two wonderful performances. They got everyone in the Halloween mood.
Ms Moore spoke to the children about the Shoe Box Appeal project and reminded them of the November 8th deadline.
Finally, Ms Ryan and Ms Murphy announced the names of the new Student Council for 2023. Our new members are; 2nd class Room 13: Saoirse and Amelia, 3rd class Room 13: Mehr, 3rd class Room 8: Chloe, 4th class Room 8: Penny and Theresa, 5th class Room 14: Michelle and Lily, 6th class Room 15: Evelina and Clodagh.
We look forward to working with them and hearing their ideas and thoughts.
