On the 2nd of March, we had a fantastic day in Scoil Ide. All of the children and staff wore their costumes and got into the spirit of World Book Day! We showed off our costumes on the steps after little break and Ms Keane rewarded us all by just giving everyone reading homework for tonight. Later in the day the whole school did DEAR Time ( Drop Everything and Read) for half an hour. All of our classroom doors were decorated with book themes and everybody had a brilliant day doing activities in their classrooms with their teachers.
